It’s prophetic when your future is exposed before it happens. God spoke directly to the prophets of old and gave them great insight and warnings of future events. The closest thing we have to prophets today are the preachers who proclaim the Gospel. God speaks to US through the Word. We know what’s going to happen because it’s in THE BOOK. And if you study the WORD, you too can prophecy of many things to come. For instance…

• If you’re a believer, and I pray you are, you can prophecy that believers will one day be caught up to meet Christ in the air (1 Thessalonians 4:17).
• If you’re a believer, you can prophecy that the world will live through a Great Tribulation of intense global turmoil and suffering (Matthew 24:21).
• If you’re a believer, you can prophecy that Christ will one day visibly return to establish His kingdom…a new heaven and a new earth (Revelation 19:11-16 and 21:1)
