In case you haven’t noticed, our weather patterns are changing. Extreme weather has become more normalized. We’ve always had wildfires, hurricanes, tornadoes and high winds. but now they seem to be getting hotter, stronger and more frequent. And there isn’t much we can do about it, is there? We can buy electric cars and participate in recycling to reduce our footprint on this earth. And we can plead with our governments to act against the causes of climate change on a global scale. But then we must hope they will listen before it’s too late.
But extreme weather isn’t the only challenge in life. Life has lots of challenges and not all of them are weather-related. Life can set fire to your finances. It can pulverize your purse, annihilate your income, and pull your safety net right out from under you..."
