"It’s Resurrection Sunday…and we’ve gathered to glorify our great God and gracious Savior, Jesus Christ. We celebrate Him as the Light of the world. We call upon Him as our Living Water. We cherish Him as the Resurrection and the Life. He is our Redeemer, our Ransom, our Royal High Priest. He is the Spotless Sacrifice, the Savior of sinners, and the Sealing of a new covenant. But today, we pause to ponder and proclaim Him as “The Firstfruits of them that slept.”
